Tenderfoot Tips

To pass fast and efficiently, just follow these tips:

1. Inform a senior EARLY. From what I see, most boyscouts aren't sure and nervously wait. And they dont inform the senior until on that day itself. Unless you get lucky, you could be turned down. A little confirmation with the senior can help you finish that test on that day.

2. The more the merrier! Plus it's easier to pass to. Put it this way : Say you're to taking Kesetiaan or Memasak. The more test-takers you have, the fire can be started faster, more fires can be started, and you can finish the food fast too. For question-based tests like Kesetiaan, if there's more of boy scouts, say 10, then maybe three or four question for each and the test is done. Simple eh?

3. One thing boy scouts tend to miss is the extra info you can get. If you haven't taken the tests or, took them, you should know that most of the time there will be those questions that you'll be thinking that's-not-in-the-book-because-I've-never-saw-it-and-I-know-I've-memorised-everything...
Well, high chances what you're facing are the seniors' piece of extra info...and they EXPECT you to know it. These questions aren't hard, if you have done that extra info-finding on the internet or ASK YOUR PLs. You have to know this extras if you're going to get through history in one shot.

4. Aware that there is physical test after the main test (normally mean you passed...). You might think you may not be able to do it because of your bad physical date. NO. What you need is mental power. THAT will get you through. This I guarantee. Although you can't do it as fast as everyone else, keep in mind that the seniors expect you to finish it. DETERMINATION. That's what is being looked for.

5. Try and take all of your tests in a streak. Means like non-stop. Saves you a-lot of time and if you do have that BIG GAP between taking the overall test, you MAY expect the seniors to test everything (everything is normal, because that's what it is), everything as in even the minor part - to ask you to do memasak again-history test again- and probably it's going to take a few days. That would be bad. If the senior knew you took history yesterday, then he wouldn't tend to ask the same questions during the Tenderfoot test.

All in all, just
BE PREPARED
